Services are strength-based, collaborative and aim to reduce stigma, improve community support and promote positive mental health.
Our Goals:
- Improve overall functioning
- Increase resilience
- Enhance personal well-being
- Strengthen connections to family, social, and community support
This is a Free and Confidential Service offered with funding from the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
SAIP is accessed through self-referral, or formal referral agents such as the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH), School District 68 and other community service providers.
SAIP provides screening, assessment, transition planning, referral, coordination and case consultation as appropriate. This program also offers education and support to parents/caregivers of children and youth referred to SAIP.
