CARF Accreditation
What is CARF?
The Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is an independent accreditor of health and human services that accredits care agencies in Canada. During an accreditation process, CARF supports service providers in improving their quality of services, demonstrating value and meeting internationally recognized organizational program standards.
The CARF accreditation process involves an on-site survey team to review a coinciding set of standards to varying service areas and business practices. Accreditation is also a consistent practice indicating to the public that a service provider is committed to simultaneously advancing services while serving the community. In addition, CARF Accreditation establishes a provider’s commitment to enrich their performance, streamline risk management and differentiate its service delivery.
Our CARF Accreditation
We are honoured to have been accredited by CARF since 2003. As of April 2021, we were rewarded another three-year accreditation based on our fulfillment of the highest level of standards established by CARF. Our team has accomplished a strenuous review process and we have demonstrated that our programs and services are of a high quality standard.
