Supporting Children, Youth, and Families in Greater Vancouver since 1990

Individual Counselling

We offer counselling services to North Vancouver, West Vancouver and the surrounding Greater Vancouver area to individuals, couples and families.

Individual Counselling is helpful when your current support system is not adequately addressing the problems in your daily life that impact your mental health and well-being.  Our counselling team can help identify emotional challenges and work with you to create coping strategies.  Our counsellors can support you to deal with depression, anxiety, trauma, issues with relationships and communication, and other mental health conditions.
