Agnieszka Wyka, MA, RCC
Agnieszka holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and is focused on working with people of diverse cultures and sexual orientations to create the life they’ve always wanted. Her client-centred approach to counselling is rooted in unconditional positive regard and tailored to suit the unique needs of each client. Agnieszka works from the foundation of the nervous system to help clients find ways to move out of dysregulated states and into well-being. Along with a compassionate and warm presence, Agnieszka integrates a nourishing strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug misuse, body image issues and eating disorders. She supports her clients through difficult life transitions including loss of loved ones, impacts of immigration and uncertainty of climate change. She believes that meaningful connection is a fundamental human need that is necessary for healing and becoming our best selves.
