Two Virtual Parent Support Groups for Children and Youth with FASD or ADD/ADHD, CDBC

Group 1: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)

This on-line drop-in group meets the third Wednesday of the month, September to June, (except for December and March). Parents share challenges and strategies for supporting and guiding their child or teen.

Discussion is moderated by two facilitators including a FASD/CDBC Specialist and a family counsellor. Guest speakers also present on topical issues relevant to parenting a child or teen with FASD.

Group 2: Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Complex Developmental Behavioural Conditions (CDBC)

This on-line group meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Parents share challenges and strategies for support and guiding their child/teen.

Discussion is facilitated and moderated by a family counsellor. Guest speakers present on topics relevant to parenting a child/teen with ADD/ADHD or CDBC.
