Mobile Health Outreach Hours: 

• Cowichan Lake, Cowichan: Tuesday 2:00-8:00 pm
• Oceanside: Thursday 1:00-7:00 pm
• Nanaimo, Ladysmith: Wednesday 3:00-8:30 pm and Friday 2:00-9:30 pm
