Youth in Transition and the KEY Program

Youth in Transition services are for North Shore youth aged 15 to 18 years receiving services from the Ministry of Children and Family Development who require help in moving towards independence. This includes youth with Continuing Custody status and those receiving service through Youth Agreements.

Knowledge and Education for Youth (KEY)

Hollyburn Family Services, in conjunction with the North Vancouver School District, provides support for a school and day program to North Shore youth aged 13 to 17 years who, because of behavioural difficulties, are not enrolled or able to attend a conventional school or day program.

The program is committed to assisting the students to develop skills for successful re-integration into the mainstream school system, or transition to vocational or job training programs, or employment.

More information is available from the North Vancouver School District or your local high school.
