Victoria Yeung, MA, RCC
Victoria holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology-Art Therapy and has been working as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with BCACC. With experiences in traditional talk therapy and art therapy, Victoria recognizes the unique healing power and insight of the creative process. Her specializations are family and relationship, LGBTQIA2s+ issues, self-esteem, acculturative stress, depression, and anxiety. She provides personalized service that suits clients’ goals, personalities and life circumstances. Combined with the person-centred and biopsychosocial approach, she helps her clients see what contributes to their issues and move towards their aspirations.
Victoria is committed to supporting the mental health of clients from diverse backgrounds. In particular, she is devoted to serving the Chinese community in Vancouver. She established a working relationship with the Chinese Community Policing Center in 2018. Since then, she has been providing individual therapy for victims of crime and hosting art therapy groups for Chinese immigrants.
Victoria can provide counselling/art therapy in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
