Family Preservation 

There are several ways to arrange for service:

• Call us yourself; self-referral can be made by parents, children, teens, other family members and care-givers.
• Be referred by school counsellors, administrators or teachers.
• Be referred by a social worker or other community or mental health professional.

To make a referral, simply call our information and referral line. You will be contacted within a few days by a Family Support Worker or Mediator to arrange a time to meet with the family.

Services are available to all North Shore families at no cost.
